The account dashboard allows users to access and interact with various features and information related to their accounts. It serves as a centralized hub where users can monitor and manager the business activities.

Fields | Description |
---|---|
Cash Balance | This is the amount a business or organization has in the form of physical cash or readily available funds in their bank accounts or other liquid financial instruments. It also represents the amount of money that can be spent or used for various financial transactions at a given point in time. |
Receivables | This is the amount owed to a business by customers that have been provided but have not yet been paid for or on credit |
Payables | This is the amount a business or organisation owes to its creditors, suppliers, vedors or other entities for goods, services or obligations that have been received but not yet been paid |
Net Postion | This the amount showing the financial position of the business. It is the difference between its assets and liabilities. Net Position= Total Assets - Total Liabilites |
Sales - Today | It is the total revenue or the value of goods and services sold by the business on the current day |
Sales - This Week | It is the total revenye of goods and services sold by the business in the week |
Sales - Last Quarter | This is the total revenue of goods and service sold by the business for the quarter |
Total Product | It is the total quantity of good or service by the business |
Pending Cheques | Checks that have been issued or received but have not yet been processed by a bank or cleared for payment |
Revenue / Expense Gragh | It is a visual representation that displays an organisation's revenue (income) and expense over a specfic period. It provides a summary of financial performance and offer insight into whether a business is operating at a profit or incurring losses. |
Overdue Bills | Bills that have not been paid by the due date specified in the payment terms. |
Outstanding Bills | Bills that have been issued by a supplier but have not yet been paid byt the due date. |
Overdue Invoices | Invoices that have not been paid by the due date specified in the invoice terms. |
Outstanding Invoices | Upaid invoices that a business has issued to their customers or cleints for goods or services rendered. |
