View Employee Records

The View Employees section offers a quick overview of all staff, showing names, departments, roles, and employment status. The employee view when run opens their full profile, including personal info, job details, attendance, uploaded documents, SSNIT number, email etc.

To view employee, On the HR page,

• Select search

• Complete required fields

• click on search

below you would find the employees biodata, personal details and many more information about the searched employees
