Employee Accident

This section allows the employer to enter andrecord all forms of injury at the work place and also allocated days off for recovery

Section 1: Injury Details

  • Injured Date (Enter the date the injury occurred (format: mm/dd/yyyy).)

  • Injury Type (Select the type of injury from the dropdown ("Select injury").)

  • Days Off (Input the number of workdays the employee is expected to miss due to the injury.)

  • Injury Note (Add a brief description of the injury, circumstances, or treatment.)

Section 2: Actions

  • Save Changes (Click to submit and log the injury record.)

  • Clear (Reset the form fields if needed.)

Section 3: Injury History (Data Table)

  • Review Past Injuries

The table displays previous injury entries with columns:

Injury Type | Injured Date | Days Off | Note | Action (e.g., Edit/Delete).

Use pagination arrows (< >) to navigate if multiple entries exist.
