Qualification

This section allows you to enter the qualification of all employees or staffs in the company and helps you make any changes to it in the near future

To fill details, follow the steps

  • Enter the name or Id of the employee
  • click on search

Section 1: Qualification Details

  • Qualification Type(Click the dropdown (labeled "Select qualification") and choose the relevant type (e.g., Degree, Diploma, Certification).)

  • Certificate

Enter the full name of the certificate/qualification (e.g., "Project Management Professional").

  • Institution (Specify the institution that issued the qualification (e.g., "Harvard University").)

  • Admitted Date (Input the date the qualification was awarded (format: mm/dd/yyyy).)

Section 2: Actions

  • Save Changes(Click to submit and link the qualification to the employee’s record.)

  • Clear(Use to reset the form fields if needed.)

Section 3: Data Table (Existing Qualifications)

  • Review Listed Qualifications

  • The table displays previously added entries with columns:

Certificate | Qualification Type | Institute | Admitted Date | Action (e.g., Edit/Delete).

Use pagination arrows (< >) to navigate if multiple entries exist.
