This screen displays the Leads Board View, offering a visual pipeline of prospects and their progress through various sales or onboarding stages. So, based on lead status created, it will be group as such. Eg. Onboarding

Leads that are in the process of being set up or registered. Each card shows the lead's name, business type, and onboarding date. Contacts Made

Leads that have been contacted but are not yet fully engaged. Demo Booked

Leads who have scheduled a product or service demonstration. Needs Defined

Leads that have shared their business requirements or specific needs. Shows company name, brief details, and date the need was recorded.

Features:

• Add New Button: Allows users to manually add a new lead.

• List / Board Toggle: Switch between traditional list view and the current board This board style layout gives sales and onboarding teams a clear overview of where each lead stands in the customer journey—from first contact to demo booking and beyond. It helps teams track, prioritize, and move leads efficiently through the pipeline." Again, based on the leads status created.

Click on ‘Manage’

• Manage all Notes of Leads

• Manage all schedule tasks of leads and set reminders

• Schedule meetings

• Send messages to leads via email or SMS Note: You can also change lead status
