Leave Configuration

At this section you would be able to configure the types of leave be it a leave per rank or a personnel-specific leave

Setting Leave Days by Rank

  • Select Rank

Click "Select type" dropdown under Rank

Choose the appropriate job rank (e.g., Manager, Junior Staff)

Choose Leave Type

Click "Select type" dropdown under Leave Types

Select leave category (e.g., Annual, Sick, Maternity)

Allocate Days

Enter the number of leave days entitled for the selected rank/type

Example: "21" days for Annual Leave for Managers

Save or Reset

  • Save (Click to confirm the allocation)

System will apply these days to all employees at this rank

  • Clear (Use to reset the form if needed)

Personnel-Specific Leave Configuration

Set Leave Parameters

Select Leave Type

  • Click "Select type" dropdown (Choose category (e.g., Sabbatical, Bereavement))

  • Allocate Maximum Days

Enter "Days(Max)":

Example: "30" for Sabbatical

Example: "5" for Bereavement

  • Add Purpose/Description

Briefly note the leave’s intended use (e.g., "Extended career break")

Finalize

  • Save Changes (Click to apply the custom leave rule)

  • Clear (Reset the form if needed)
