Employee Upload
This allows employers to upload employee details directly into the database
Section 1: Upload Settings
Overwrite Existing Records?
Select Yes if you want to update existing employee records with matching Employee/Staff IDs.
-Select No to skip duplicates and keep original records.
Create New Records?
Select Yes to add new employees if their IDs don’t exist in the system.
Select No to ignore unmatched entries.
Section 2: File Upload
Choose File
Click the button to select a file (e.g., CSV, Excel) containing employee data.
Ensure the file matches the required format (see Section 4: Upload Headers for column names).
Upload(Click to process the file after selection.)
Clear: Use this to reset the file selection if needed.
Section 3: Data Preview (Table)
Review Uploaded Data
The table (currently empty) will display:(Emp ID, First Name, Surname, Other Name, Phone No., Email, SS No., Status, Category, TIN, Comment.)
Use pagination (< >) to navigate entries once data is loaded.
Section 4: Upload Headers (Required Format)
Ensure your file includes these exact column headers:
