Employees

The employees section allows one to view the employee list containing all employed members of the company as well as export the employe list and also create a new employee profile for a new member.


On the right side of the screen you get options to EXPORT LIST or add a new EMPLOYEE


CLICK on Export list to download a excel file of data info of all employees or selected employee

To upload details for a new employee, follow the steps

  • Select Employees List or Add New Employee.

Enter Personal Details

  • First Name: Enter the employee’s first name.

  • Parent Name: Provide the parent/guardian’s name (if applicable).

  • Place of Birth: Specify the employee’s birth location.

  • Nationality: Select from the dropdown (e.g., "Select country").

  • Email Address: Input the employee’s official email.

  • Residential Address: Enter the current home address.

  • Other Phone Number: Add a secondary contact number (optional).

  • Date of Birth: Input in the correct format (replace placeholder text).

  • Name Initials: Provide initials (e.g., J.D. for John Doe).

  • Fill in Employment Details

  • Staff ID: Assign a unique ID (auto-generated or manual entry).

  • Status: Select employment status (e.g., active, probation).

  • Job Title: Enter the employee’s role (e.g., "Manager").

  • Employee Classification: Choose from dropdown (e.g., full-time, contract).

  • Rank/Grade: Select the appropriate job grade.

Additional Information

  • Title: Select (e.g., Mr., Ms., Dr.).

  • Religion: Choose from the dropdown (if applicable).

  • Postal Address: Enter mailing address (if different from residential).

  • Digital Address: Provide GPS or digital location code.

  • SSNIT Number: Input the social security number.

  • Language(s): List languages spoken (replace "Immiddiyyyy").

Department & Attendance

  • Select Department: Assign the employee to a department.

  • Select Category: Choose job category (e.g., admin, technical).

  • Select Manager: Assign a supervisor from the dropdown.

  • Track Attendance: Enable/disable attendance tracking as needed.

  • Review & Submit

Double-check all entered details for accuracy.

Click Save Changes to register the employee.

Use Clean to reset the form if corrections are needed.
