This refers to the classification or categorization of employees in the organisation. You can categorize groupings based on the department of the organisation. Eg. Sales and Marketing, HR Department, IT Department. This will help in pay run for each department or groups in the organisation.

To create employees groupings, On the payroll page

  1. Select Groupings
  2. Complete group info details
  3. Click save
  4. Select members and add employee to each group created You can add more employees to each group
  5. Select Remove if you want to remove employee from a group
  6. Select New Group to create another group
