Who is on leave now, who is going soon, and the pending requests that need action — the leave overview for HR and managers.

Where: HR → Leave Management → Leave Dashboard

The list shows employee, department, leave type, start/end dates, number of days and status; View Details opens the request with its approval trail. Use the Pending Requests screen to work the approval queue itself.
